I know everyone working on the web wants to be successful. Either you be a IT/System Network specialist, or entrepreneur working on the next big thing. The answer to being successful in any Web Business is....
QUALITY There is no reason for anything to stay the same. We are nothing, but ideas and these ideas are the impetus for success. We all know the same concepts, but does it need to be iterated in precisely the same way? No. This is the difference between Quantity and Quality.

I do agree with you, but most people's mentality is the fact that they cannot think of anything original. Myself for example, web designing has been my passion since I was 13, however, I do constantly meditate over a good idea to work with. I've come up with only a few little aspects but nothing major yet. Only persistance will tell.
