According to my country tax law i am pay. If your income US$ 17000- US$ 17500 yearly then you can pay 15% of your income. Other wise you can not pay.

Only in Estonia companies Corporate Income tax 0% Company registration fee - 640 EURO Foundation capital for Private Limited Company company - 2560 EURO Estonian citizen patricipating in the board fee - 2560 EURO per year General Power of Atterny - 300 EURO

You pay tax, when your net income makes a substantial in your credit portfolio ... not a general case.
I have seen many famous blogger say that, they will make more money serving in mc donalds then blogging.
