Live Chat on forum...

Hi All,

According to my past experience in forums, I also noticed one of the forums had a Live Chat section in it, where members can login and chat and share loads of things.

Need your comments please.

interesting idea probably after a while not for now, will need to check what possible plug-ins are available for live chat.

hey thats a really nice idea of having a chat at the forum... sure it will help in developing more business ideas.... also i suggest that the chat feature must have a rating system if possible cause then people know to whom to ask for help....

See live chat can be a nice idea but when you can already share your views here then why you need live chat, as people wont share there views here then
It is better if we can keep live chat only for help purpose where all users can speak to admin or mod through it only

If everyone shares there view there.. then some really important tips could be missed as it will not be saved..

So i guess chat is not that much of a great idea..

I think both is a good idea....I agree with cooljeba that some comments that might be important for other people they wont see it, so of course its better for it to be saved that everyone can see...but its also nice too chat

Interesting! But the forums work for me without the live chat. Posts and replies get in easily.

Live Chat will support only those looking for the topic that instant whereas using a Forum thread for discussion/Business oppurtunity means people can search,post and particpate anytime even update at a later point of time.
I would prefer forums without livechat. (Can think of Paid services may be for premimum members ....)
