I'm new on this forum so forgive me if it's not the right place
for this thread.

I am shareholder of a US start-up (holding) and I seek to sell part of these shares
urgently because need for liquidities to launch another activity.

These shares are estimated at 20.83$, by a company of audit subsidiary of BNP-Paribas.
I hold 31000 shares and wishes to sell of them 20000 to 15$, ideally in a batch,
or 2 batches of 10000, or other.

Large medium-term appreciation, because the holding will be side soon on
electronic quotation, the Nasdaq.
The shares are recorded electronically at large a US bookeeper.
These shares are in free-trading.

Personally, I intend to preserve the balance of 11000 shares by aiming at the 100$
by actions in +/- 5 years, plus the dividends.

Activities in the field of mobile telephony (roaming), VOIP technology, and the microphone-payments by gsm and debit-cards.
World activities in full rise since several years.
Subsidiary companies in the course of opening everywhere in the world: The USA, Dubai, Australia,… already operational.
Opening in France since September.
The leaders are great names of the international industrial scene.
