Global pharmacy market is rising constantly and there is no reason why stocks will not perform well, i definately see good prospects for companies with good management

A lot of the top drug companies are losing out to generic manufacturers... it's probably going to be a tough year for Pfizer after its patents become readily available for other companies to make more affordable drugs.
