SE Asian Stocks-Thai banks lead losses, Vietnam at 15-wk high
Most Southeast Asian stocks edged lower on Thursday as U.S. financial sector woes weighed on banks and property plays, but Viet Nam surged to a 15-week high on foreign buying. Global equities also fell as concerns grew about the fate of U.S. mortgage firms Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac , while a weak dollar helped oil and commodities extend their recent rebound...
