I noticed in another thread that there is some interest in virtual stock exchanges. The link to one is provided below for those who are interested. It is completely free of all charges and is the best one that I know of out there.
If there is any interest in starting a friendly competition for Business Forum members, I'd be happy to set one up for a 3 or six month period. One can be as active or passive as you want. Let me know if interested. The link is: http://vse.marketwatch.com/Game/Homepage.aspx |

I used to do this when I was younger, only I'd use real stocks... At the start of the month I'd give myself 5,000$ to spend on stocks. I'd do research on stocks to find things that I thought would go up in price... most months I lost money or didn't make money, but one month I made 40,000$!! (with ERTH http://quotes.nasdaq.com/quote.dll?p...&selected=ERTH Since then it went way don't in price though :P)
The rules were: - Every month I would get 5K to invest - At the end of the month I would get any profit added to another 5K - If I was in the negative at the end of the month I would only get another 5K to invest Pretty simple but fun And since it's not real money ![]()
