well, I think there is NOT just ONE reason. It the mix of different reasons, why someone is successful or not. In my eyes building a strong relationship with customers and partners can be one reason for success others are the product itself, which means the idea, the quality of the product or service, the content and way of communication, the company owner`s and employees` passion and engagement... and these are just some of the reasons!
