My business partner and I have developed a product and run various business models – the most attractive of which seems to be Network-Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing.

We are welcoming any and all advice from anyone who has some useful tips. We have done the preliminary due diligence to make sure the market is eager, but network marketing brings some different challenges to the table.

Specifically, is there an efficient way to handle the administrative issues of network marketing (keeping track of all your sellers and how much each person makes on each sale) – some software that simplifies this process; both the record keeping and payment?

Any other general advice is also welcome…..anywhere from legal advice regarding the structure and setup, to the best avenues for attracting sellers to the network.
