A business plan is essential. Without it would be like building a house with no plans.
Once this is done, and you have a clear idea as to the costs involved, then look at buying a property. Making sure that the zoning of the property would allow you to do this. Being only 20 years of age would be an advantage, not a disadvantage. So dont let that get in the way. it would be a long process, finding the property and then building it to what you want, but the wait would be well worth it. One thing.... DONT GIVE UP! If you have made up your mind about something, dont stop until you have achieved it. Best of luck to you.

Problem is going to be finding the investor. I guess it's like finding a buyer for a home. They won't find you unless you market yourself
 Probably need to see someone with some ideas on how to locate these people. Any Suggestions?????
