I often hear people say they want to start a business. They say that they would love to own their own corporation to become financially free. Then they search for the products they want to produce or sell to the market. And then they are off to the races.

What happens next? Over 90% don't follow through the trials and tribulations, not to mention the mountain load of paper works. What really happened?

Based on my own experience of launching a business, I realized that the success of my businesses was not from anything outside but it all came from the inside. Outside factors are always going to be there to keep us on our toes while the inner realities are there as the anchor to keep us afloat.

This inner reality is a strong MIND SET, a mental attitude, a burning desire to keep on going no matter what, a decision to commit, a will to survive, Rocky Balboa's "eye of the tiger" determination.

As so, my advise for anyone who want to start a business, is to start developing your Mind Set to focus on what you really want your business to do in the market place.

this is indeed a reality, if your focus, mindset is not 100% dedicated to what you are doing, you can't succeed. ive had this experience myself.

justemailme... what you said is interesting... I mean it's good to have a Great and a focused mindset... before you tie your belts and start moving... but some how i feel managing proper resources and managing them to produce maximum productivity is the most critical thing...

Totally agree. And I must add: you must develop a strong working ethic. It's the only way, when you don't have a boss, telling you what to do everyday.

I totally agree with Noel. Without a passion for what you are doing your business will die. You have to love it, be excited to get up in the morning and most importantly, see your business succeeding. And don't give up. Perserverance pays off, big time!
