My brother earing today aprocimative 200$/per day)in romania is good.You need a farm family  Others food businnes internet businesses(you need a web site,a good pr ,traffic=$) and more..

I still think that the internet is the way to go for low start up costs and income potential, but if you are looking offline, any sales business is the way to go.
For example, become a telecommunications broker as everybody needs phones.

also property dealer, distributors, marketing agents do not need much of investments, professional services, consultancy services for various sectors, your knowledge also can mind you money.

I created 4 sites for realEstate and Mortgage guys in last 1.5 months RealEstate looks good and ofcourse property market is good in NY too Right now i am in Atlanta, GA and it seems tht this place can blossom. As much as i know offline business is expensive due to the fact that you need to rent a shop. Not including power and water and work force and the tax, depends on "location".

well think melaleuca is one the cheapest why? it's not mlm you don't sell and i spend about 80 us the most in a month on my melalauca business

But i think i would like to invest in something with no money first because i'm just starting out i would likr to join some programs that i don't need to pay first. Melaleuca is great but what do you think when it compares it with Amway?
