P.S.: Imagine having a list of 400 subscribers, sending out an informational email with your affiliate link to buy a product. Let’s say you make $20 for every person who buys the product with your affiliate link.
Let’s say only 5% of 400 subscribers (20) buy your product.
You make: 20 subscribers x $20 dollars = $400.
You make $400 dollars by sending 1 eMail to your list of 400 subscribers.
Imagine when you have 1,000, or 5,000 or 10,000 subscribers on your eMail list.

I completely agree with you AutomaticResponder. By the way, do you think that sending out emails is more effective than making outbound calls? Or do you think that it would just give the same results and consume more of my time?

Of course, I am slightly biased, seeing that I am running a web based AutoResponder service.

This type of online service allows business owners to build, grow and market to their lists to benefit from the long term value of a customer.

The money is in your' business' list.

The list of customers and the info that they have trusted you enough to give in exchange for something of value to them.

You can swap the customer/website visitors' info for an ebook, report, newsletter subscription while online or similar activities offline including all sales.

Then you can keep sending email messages to keep in contact.

Realise the ongoing value of your customers this way and you could actually make more money without having to spend the large amounts of money usually needed to get a 'new' customer, rather than sell to an existing customer.

Choose the path that is right for your business, but my vote would be for the building of a list.
