This is my very first post but very glad to be here.

I just recently graduated from highschool and is attending university for my business degree.

I have an idea that i'd like to put on the map. I'm not saying it's the BEST idea but I think it's a pretty good idea that i've researched and I think people could benefit on.

I'd like to get this off to a start but i'm unsure as to how.

How could I get funding for my idea? and where should I go to look for professionals that could possbily help this?

I've started a few online businesses when I was about 14 and they were all successful to an extent (I mean, I was able to get better lunches than a lot of my friends back then) but now with school and all that, my money's tight but I honestly believe in this idea.

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, what is the idea? i know you don't want to reveal it outright but something general like a part for a car, a new food item or a general information would help us help you. Our suggestions will be very different when we are trying to help some one start a web hosting business rather than starting a gas station.
