Training is very important. It can increase the knowledge and efficiency of your employees, at the same time, reduces monotony and boredom at work. It can also be a strategy for retention.

Most small business owners take for granted the practice of training there employees. It is key to remember that these employees represent the company and are usually more in contact with the customers than upper management or sales. If they have poor training or lack PK this will cause many an unhappy customer.

The work can be more interesting if there is a regular training for the same. There should be some sort of fun in training. Thats what i feel.....

But the greatest training would be train them to be initiative. Some people even if they already have experience and has a lot of knowledge still can't be reliable without initiative. And it is also important to train them to be competitive and confident with what they do. But doing that would be hard...

My biggest tip in trainging is:
Be a leader, not a director! Show people how to do it, that way they'll do it to your standards. |
