Yes,try to smile at them.Nobody will refuse smile. As said above,try to put yourself in their places. I have ever tried in my work.Some clients are really appreciated by my manner.

lol ok you should definatly read the book "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie. The single best book I have ever read.
It will seperate you from all the other suckers competing with you and you will be able to effectivly control any employees you may have in the future.

Dont get me wrong, I had heaps of friends before reading this book, now I know how to get people to do what I want.

I must say that your methods anuj are a extreme but it sure will get the job done. Hehe.. I do like the way your mind works. Anyways, for me its just a matter of mindset. Dealing with people depends on different factors, but generally I go for their sweetspot. If you learn how to play your cards right and exploit what you know about them, there won't anything difficult.

Holla, Dale Carnigie hmmm, try getting into the railroad business, I read all this shuff nothing like life, I meet and influence people every day, Goats are the business, buy goats sell goats simple. read the peter principal, I am Peter buy and sell goats until the business peters out ! any takers ?

Why bother, life is too short, they have the problem not you ! goats are nice animals and we do not even thik of things like this.
