Realistically there are more males in higher level positions than females currently, so it makes sense that you'd have a bigger sampling of men, and thus more opportunities to come across bad male bosses than women. That being said, you could get 5 male bosses, two of them bad, and one female boss, that one being bad (or good). It's not easy to compare is it? Individual merits are much better to go on.
