Default Aggressiveness in HR Executives

HR Frontline Executives tend to be over aggressive for unnecessary things.

If you feel that it is true kindly express your views by saying what could be the root causes for such behaviour.

Hope Aggressiveness is very much for a HR Manager but not for the executive, the reson behind this more or less executives would be intracting the employees more than a manager, its very much necessary for an executive to be in good terms with the employees rather than being aggressive.............

Default Re: Aggressiveness in HR Executives

its required for 2 reasons..
1st is to show some attitude to impress bosses, hr managers have to do that to ensure that the boss of company is happy with performance of the manager

2nd is to maintain quality standards, as the hr manager will be some how responsible for choosing the right candidate, he has to ensure everything goes on perfect with the candidate.

so both ways he screws up the candidate and tries to squeeze him up to get the best out of him .

Aggressiveness is good, to an extent.
But people are letting power get to them.
If a person is aggressive in a good way. and is fair to everyone, then it's fine.
It's the ones that go on power trips that need to be put in their place.
No one is better than anyone else.
