Default Options and Opting

What if, you are the owner of a company that outsources work to other countries (most of you might really be) and you want to outsource some more work, so what would you frankly choose? Outsourcing your work to ONE company that has been good to you in the past? Or trying different people for different kinds of work?

Discuss it here.

Well, if it is the same kind of work, I will go with the company which has got good results for me in the past, if its some different work, I will try someone else for it, and if the results aren't satisfactory, I will search for more or return to the first company which depends on the state of emergency.

I would stick with the company I have been dealing with, as I trust the company, and would look out for other option only if it is no longer cost effective, or fails to deliver what I need!

Stick to Goods and not risk my business in experimenting out unless I can be adventurous, which at most of the times is not feasible.

Especially when you choose a new outsourcing company it is most important to check thier reputation and reliability and you should opt for testing their support with an issue you can measure their etiquette, responsiveness, and expertise by way of judging their knowledge and level of technical skills for correcting actions taken to resolve that issue.

I strongly feel there must be a balance between cost and quality and you do get what you pay for.

Nice views so far, but i kinda look at the work that iam going to outsource and whether the current company can handle it without any hassels or not. Else i would look for a company which is cost effective and good at the work that iam going to outsource
