You can find them in freelance marketplace online. Getafreelancer.com is one of them. Look into their profiles and their reviews so that you know abit about their company. If you're looking to cut cost, it's worth it. Their skills are good. If not, why do you think other big companies outsource to China and India?

getting freelancers can be cheap and may also deliver good results. however, the risk is also higher. some of our clients had freelancers work for them and after the payment they're gone. safer way is to outsource with a company or use staff leasing firm. in this way, you have control over production and your staff.

Agree..with outsourcing to an established company..clients are more safer in terms of projects and payments
