Like IPOs, can there be any situation wherein I am not allotted the units applied for in the initial offer?

Sorry friend but i really don't have any information about it. Still if i get any relevant information about it i will let you know. But here i want to say one thing that If you have a good budget so may go on to invest it in real estate. I prefer you real estate because in now a days investment in real estate will led a good profit in future. There is low risk in this investing then any other investment. Since the value prices of property is still increasing, so the investment will gives a good in return.
