I am part of a company that has a number of businesses located in various countries providing the same product. We are not a franchise and operate under one branding. We are trying to establish what it would take to be labelled a true network ie NEXT PLC.

I want to establish what we already do that would label us a network ie uniform price banding, staff uniforms, corporate newsletter, loyalty card and what we may be missing.

This will help confirm pros and cons of being or not being a true network.
