Christmas is a time where people really spends a lot of money. What have you been doing to increase your sales this christmas season? Any discounts, give aways, contests or raffles?

In the phone biz, have been giving away bluetooth headseats.
For free if the contract is worth a lot, cheaply if its a smaller contract.

It did by about 15% based on previous months.
But it is more designed at getting bigger existing clients to stay with me long term.
