Default Trade Show/Expo Gurus

HI All,

Well I am 9 days away from our big debut at a trade show/expo. I have been swamped getting everything done but am happy with what I have done so far. (even with email trouble and all which made things a bit complicated this past week or so).

So here's my question. There are about 1600 people attending the show, about 900 to 1,000 clients represented. Of that 900 to 1,000, I just completed a pre marketing package for 175 participants which represents about 150 different clients - since some groups bring many people with them to the show).

Since we are huge sponsors at the show and our name will be all over the place, (including the eminder going to all attendees tomorrow) we are hoping to sign about 10 to 15 clients of the 150 we are premarketing to. (would love to be around the 20 to 30 but not sure if that is realistic).

What has been your experience with trade shows and what you typically generate for business associated with the show!

As always thanks for your feedback!

Jackie

Just an additional note. The eminder went all to all 1600 participants first thing this morning and a half hour later we got our first call. Let's hope this is a good trend.
