Default Has anyone ever used a soft marketing campaign?

I'm considering it for my startup, although I think some more traditional methods would be wise as well, such as paid search. On the internet what kinds of soft marketing techniques are out there?

Are you sure you haven't got this mixed up with Soft HRM and Hard HRM which is to do with the management of people??
