Default Attracting people to trade show booth – A Tip

How do I attract customers to my booth located in a trade show ?.

I would prefer to attract people by giving away prizes in the form of a lucky card. A playing card with the company information on one side could be given and directing them to the specific numbered stall. The lucky card winner would get the prize.

Do you have any idea for attracting people to the stall?

i recently visited few exhibitions, best way to attract visitors to a stall is below
  • Keep choclates & sweets
  • Just casually give them a form to fill and after they fill it, give a small choclate / gift.
  • Keep bags to be distributed to the visitors, give them your company brochure , intro and details inside that bag, when visitors carry that bag automatically they would spread word for your stall as others will look at the bag.
  • Give visitors some freebies and keep some sort of flashy presentation

hi anthony

attracting people to visit ur booth is an art in itself .
  • my idea of attracting people to a trade show booth would concentrate on :
  • an eye catching display booth with a large plasma screen showing the dvd of my company products and its facilities
  • very sexy and attractive girls with a cup of coffee in one hand and a brochure in the other - what would u pick first buddy?
  • transparent glass flooring which will reflect the logo of the company
  • a continous live demo of the product - with a flash that give aways wl be done on the last day of the show - so there wl be a repeat visit .

always give 50% information at the trade show just enough to create the customer's curiosity to visit your showroom and office to discuss more about your products'

after all the idea of a trade show is to showcase your product and thats what u r paying to achieve

cheers

Showbags/ Giveaways.

But the best way to get referrals is to have a competition. People fill out an application and then you have their details later to follow up with a call.

The problem with loud music is that you want to still be able to have a conversation with the people that turn up.

I prefer television screens
