Trust...

Without it, a brand is nothing. Once the trust is gone, a company's image can be tarnished for good. Trust stems from a lot of the things mentioned above, and some not:

quality
reliability
reputation
public consciousness (being involved w/ the community)

the catch lines are "in" -

zor ka jhatka dheere se lage
bala uski khameez meri khameez se safed kaisi
kitni pyari lag rahi hai - kya simla, ooty ya koi jari booti
yeh andhar ki baat hai

the minute u mention these tag lines the product immediately comes to mind
so its the catchy tag lines and the musical jingles which wl keep the brand name alive in minds of customers
