and companies worldwide spehd huge amount of money on surveys, that is major reason you sometimes see ads of paid online surveys , company pay you to get a proper feedback to study the market segmentation and then decide on their stratergy to launch the product or service

If you don't understand your market, you won't get the results. Whether its conducting your own research, or reading other's if you don't have the resources, it needs to be done.
