Hi
I own a website about a developing industrial park. I am not the developer of this park however my site has become the no.1 place for information on this development. I see an opportunity to convert my business/corporate visitors into revenue. They are looking for information on this development to help them make a decision about whether to open a branch of their bank, a hotel, a factory there. I would think they'd want to see plans, find out about incentives in this locality and country, the want to know about infrastructure and local resources. I have 3 questions: 1. If you were the Hilton chain what information would you want to make a decision on whether to build a hotel there? 2. What would you call this package of information? This may sound a strange question but I would have thought such an information package would have a common name and yet I have contacted business writers and they don't seem to understand the concept of what I would like to provide as a product. 3. Who could do this type of work for me? Is there a certain industry that specialise in writing these information packages? When I have contacted research companies they have only been able to provide the industry information and not the "sales benefits" of moving to or near this park. Many thanks for you help and advice. Hey well i don't know the industry very well, but i presume the hilton etc. would look for what sort of tourist attractions are in the area, as tourists usually stay in hotels, maybe good nightclubs etc. for people who want to get a hotel for the night. Also just how busy the area is. I don't know if that helps?
