Hi
I'm looking to bond with my customers so they know, like, and trust me. I want them to feel like they know me. I want them to feel like I'm their friend. What are your best suggestions for bonding with customers? What do you do with your close friends to indicate you care about them?" http://www.inteleants.com

I would say that you have to go out of your way to help them out. Call them up, say that you just wanted to see how things are doing, and ask if they need anything.
Another idea is that if they do something to help you out, just take them out to dinner. It will show that you really care for, and appreciate what they are doing for you. Remember that the smallest thing can mean the most. Send them a Christmas card during the holidays. Do anything to show that you are constantly caring about your customers. I hope that helps. |

Some suggestions on how to bond with your customer:
- Business lunch meetings - Follow up on their business - Invite them to your corporate parties - Co-operative Marketing - Business Referals

I speak to my customers on a personal level, not just business. I consider them my friends and we talk about family, interests, etc....and yes I even joke & flirt with them a little.
I give my customers whatever they need and as quickly as I can get it to them...Add personality to the conversation and you're customers will keep coming back for more than the services you provide them with. My customers look forward to speaking with me and don't like to work with anyone else but me. I can tell who calls me just by the sound of they're voice and they love that! It shows them that I know THEM, they are not just another customer. My advise is to not look at your customers as "customers" but as friends who need something. Take care of their needs immediately and go above and beyond for them. If they need a history report by Friday, get it to them on Wednesday. http://www.manageflex.com |

I agree with Vicky, but just be careful not to jump in too quickly. If you just start talking about their family etc. they could see it as timewasting. Just be friendly and like Vicky said...get things done on or before time. As you see them more a friendship will develop, and they will let you be more personal.
