I agree paying a pro may be the fastest way to get something that will work for your site, both now and for a long time into the future (unloess the goals of the site change).
Maybe you could put a project up, with a full design brief, on an outsourcing website where you can reach a multitude of professionals all in one spot. But I suggest not simply choosing the bid that costs the least, they may not be the best match for your business. Fiona Fell

Old one is good as it contains blue color which is considered professional. Rent should not be
in red color as it appear dangerous. New one appears to be gaudy than professional
