Default The subtle differences between the West and the East

There are subtle differences between the West and the East when it comes to marketing techniques.

In the last 10 years, business in China have initiated price wars in a wide range of industries, including consumer electronics, home appliances, personal computers, mobile telephones and, most recently, automobiles.

Do Chinese companies know something more about how to wage price wars that their western counterparts do not?

depends on the people their way of thinking, sometimes price is not always the case, word of mouth also matters a lot.
Few group of people like your product they will talk about it to many, works that way

also it depends on the prefences and choices of people lot of things has to be considered while marketing, like celebrities and local super heros and prefered more for branding top products, also few companies look to use animations and cartoons in place of models.

chinese companies are expert in price wars and thats about it, their concept is clear use and throw sort of products, they mean nothing stays for life.

I think it also depends on whether you are an online or offline company. Online marketing is different. The internet has its own language.
