I’m running a nationalized business since one year and I have sixteen branches in different countries. I spend a huge amount of my income on my business communication. Even after spending this large amount, the results are not satisfactory. I want to reduce my communication cost, without affecting my communication throughout my branches. Can someone guide me how can I enhance the communication system in business. Thanks!

Regarding your problem, in my case I use almost only internet for business communication (MSN, Skype, and so on). This is useful if your people are usually on the office. If cell phone communication is needed, then we must think something else...

You say that your communication is not satisfactory, what kinds of problems do you encounter? Maybe you should re-design your processes to make communication more efficient...
