Hi all,
I’m running a nationalized business since one year and I have sixteen branches in different countries. I spend a huge amount of my income on my business communication. Even after spending this large amount, the results are not satisfactory. I want to reduce my communication cost, without affecting my communication throughout my branches. Can someone guide me how can I enhance the communication system in business. Thanks! |

Hi,
I think you should have your own conferencing system. Web conferencing could prove an important business tool for you. In fact, you could invite a group of people to a virtual conference room to collaborate in real time, share applications, chat and do much more when virtual conferencing is not possible. One such web conferencing system I saw was available at rhubcom.com RHUB Communications. In addition to web conferencing, you also get several other features such as file transfer and PC remote control. If you want your audience to only view your presentation (and not participate) they don't have to download anything and can view your presentation in any web browser. I've tried other web conferencing tools but most are limited for use only on a few browsers like Internet Explorer or Firefox. I trust that this will solve your problem. Best of luck! |

First, congratulations on the success of your business.
Regarding your problem, in my case I use almost only internet for business communication (MSN, Skype, and so on). This is useful if your people are usually on the office. If cell phone communication is needed, then we must think something else... You say that your communication is not satisfactory, what kinds of problems do you encounter? Maybe you should re-design your processes to make communication more efficient... |

Opt for Gomeetnow's services. There is no download needed whatsoever. Plus it supports attendees on all the known platforms as PC , mac, linux, unix, iphone etc...

I think it would be best for you to have your own communication system software. Anyways I found this site which might help: Sun Microsystems. I hope you find a solution to your problem. I'm sure you'll find a perfect solution to your problem. Though I envy you, congratulations on your business!
