Would you trust a person to deal with you in business, if you know about his potential in the business but have no idea about his character since you are new to him. What's your opinion on this situation?

Business is Business.
Psychological triggers and Emotion play a great role in marketing, but are not such a great help in hiring staff or business partners. You need to look after the interests of your current stakeholders, including your custoemrs, when deciding to take on other other people to your business or organisation. Perhaps you could request some assistance from a employment or placement agency with respect to finding staff and request referees (and phone numbers) from past business associates...and then call and follow-up before allowing the person into something that has such a great effect on your livelihood. This advice may seem harsh, but you need to protect yourself from getting burnt, and if the person has a true interest in participating and contributing to the business they should not object.
