I agree. Planning is very important in everything especially to a business. Although it is neccessary to devote time to the business you have set up it doesn't matter how long you will devote as long as you are able to finish your goal let's say for the day. So everything should be well planned and then just go for that goal.

proper planning prior to business set up would ensure time saving, all possible work and time , support should be calculated prior.

Personally, I devote a lot of time in my on-line business, usually 5-6 hours a day and I'm satisfied with the results! Each day, I have another plan and I respect it strictly!

What i think about this topic that if someone is doing business then he should do it in smart way not in hard way, you can employee more employees and can handle them and if suppose you have 10 employee and all of them are working for you 10 hours daily so it means 10*10=100 hours for you in your business, so its not 24 hours but 100 hours, all the rich business owners whether they are tata, birla or ambanis work on the same principle, what they do well is that they manage all there employees in better way.
