Doing business the legal way
I would like to start an electronic gadget manufacturing business from home. In that case, is it compulsory to register my company, which is just a one man show. Please throw some light with regard to the above mentioned subject.

Certainly in the UK there is no requirement for a sole trader to register other than with the tax man - a limited company or limited liability partnership does have to register themselves.
I see from your domain however that you appear to be in India so no idea
