Good evening all
I am in the process of purchasing a flight school and am considering the options for accounting and customer management software. Ideally what I'm looking for is something that will allow my customers to log on to my website and view invoices, check their account balance, and make payments. Currently I am looking at using Quickbooks, but this will not allow me to add the customer interactivity that I'm looking for. Does anyone know of any software or scripts that will allow this? I am a web designer, so I know my way around web design and computers. Thanks for any advice Scott |

Purchasing a flight school, that sounds exciting. I don't know of any already developed generic software that would fulfil your needs. I think you need to get your software and website specially designed.

Yes, it is very exciting
And thank you for your reply. One thing that I found through a little research is a Quickbooks addition call Billing Solutions. When combined with their Merchant package, it allowed be to sync quickbooks with a web based portal that lets my customers check invoices and make payments via the internet. It sounds like exactly what I'm looking for, but if I could find a similar product that is separate from Quickbooks it would be even better. My main reason for this is I already have a merchant account set up, so I'd really like to either use my current one, or use something along the lines of PayPal.Any ideas? |
