Is it true that business intelligence is going to replace all middle level managers from an organisation?

No, BI cannot replace middle level manager infact it helps managers to get the information on their fingure tips. And it makes decision making faster. BI includes information delivery to middle level managers also.

BI tools will help middle level exexcutives or managers make better decisions.
BI applications are essentially decision support systems, which convert data to insight.
Multi dimensional view of data resembles the real world process of making decisions based on multiple parameters.

this is very much possible as technology is really terminating humans, most things are getting automated, it might just happen some day that middle man wont be required, for very large and tech savvy companies it would be already under testing and process.
