it is sort of cycle, like monthly or weekly and many people use this option of providing credit over the period of time.

All telecommunication company's, electricity companies etc provide credit. You use their service and then pay when you get the bill.

This is like on credit.

On some big expensive phone systems, we can offer leasing deals but we don't offer credit.

Each company has its own credit policy which depends on several factors:

- Business track record
- Volume of business transacted
- Relationship
- Company's own working capital liquidity status

Usually the Company fixes a particular credit limit and transactions are done within those limits -

In my opinion a maximum of 45-60 days credit period should satisfy both parties.
