i really feel money can change the work outlook , once the service provide has cash in his hand he would really work much faster then working without advances.

well Money is surely an important factor for a business to work smoothly ... with money comes quality service , quality products, etc... but it is to be noted that money does not work for itself... one does have to make proper use of it and see to it that the invested money gets converted to quality service and product....
