hi, I need to give a bad news message declining a company that has been providing me with materials. Can anyone help me with a sample letter that I could go by?

Can you explain a little more. Is it their prices? Poor materials? Change of business model/product mix?

Hi,
I am no longer interested in their materials. I have to write a sample message and would really like a clear idea on how to write it out. I was planning to use the reason of downsizing for no longer using the materials, so that I could buffer that with how I would go back to them if I ever needed materials again. It should be a formal business letter.

Tell them clearly and do it professionally and elegantly.

These kinds of things keep happening in Business. Dont give much though to it.
