Hi,
I am no longer interested in their materials. I have to write a sample message and would really like a clear idea on how to write it out. I was planning to use the reason of downsizing for no longer using the materials, so that I could buffer that with how I would go back to them if I ever needed materials again. It should be a formal business letter. |

Tell them clearly and do it professionally and elegantly.
