what kind of companies are your working for? how about the size. there is a great difference between big companies and some companies.

many prefer big companies becaue there are a lot advantages
firstly of all, bigger companies tend to last longer and provide its staff with more chances for further education and a stable working envirnments.

secondly, the salary is usually higher in bigger companies,besides bigger company usually provides a lot other benefit such as free travel, insurance and retirement protection.

so many people intend to get a position in bigger companies and stay there till they retire. of course there are some complaints about job pressure and hardness to get promoted, ect.

how about working in a smaller company?
abviously small companies is much less attractive for candidate compared with those bigger ones. generally speaking most small companies are facing brain loss more or less for they couldn't provide good salary and other facilities to their employees.

as coin always has two sides, there is some advantages of working in small companies. firstly of all, one is easy to get hire since there is not many competitors for positions in small companies.

secondly, lowever job pressure and less complicated interpersonal relationships. if you can get along well with your boss and head, then everything goes around smoothly since there are probably just a few people working in the office. of course, it is easier to get promoted.

personal speaking, i do enjoy working in small companies because it makes me grow even more independent. yet i couldn't stop worrying my future at the same time.

so for me, working for bigger companies and enjoy higher salary sounds better and more reasonable.
