A number of things, are you researching for some kind of weightloss business?

Firstly, people with a waist line of over 80cm have been found to have a much higher risk of various diseases, including kidneys, liver and some cancers.

Secondly, excess body weight puts strain on the heart, joints and muscles.

Thirdly, depression is commonly related to overweight people because of body image issues, but moreso because exercise releases endorphins, a hormone that stimulates good feelings.

That being said, avoid fad diets, maniac exercise and so on. Your best bet is simply to find forms of exercise you enjoy, start slowly, and to explore a variety of options for your diet. My experience in this is somewhat unusual because I have an extremely slow metabolism, so I really only eat about half of what the average person should and I suffer no ill effects for it. Even with exercise I gain weight if I eat anymore than that. Most people should NOT do that without the advice of a doctor.

Getting your BMI done, plus a general checkup from your doctor is also a good idea and it'll give you a good indication of your overall health, and your weight is only an outward sign of that.

A recent study found that people who had the biggest tummies were 40 per cent more likely to suffer from a heart attack and that the waistline was a better indication of health than your body mass index. Women should have a waistline of less than 31.5 inches and men 37 inches.

The simplest way is to lose weight overall and the BHF recommends aiming for a loss of just 2lb a week over the long term.

One has to be perfectly fit & remain healthy to enjoy the Live Life King Size. One's weight has to be in proportion of his height.

To remain we have to eat balance diet and do some exercise - walking for 20minutes is enough.
But in Todays Modern Time this is not possible due to various reasons.

My friend, If you're clearly apple-shaped, though, there's one more thing you should know: research shows that extra fat around the middle is more risky for your well-being than extra fat on the hips and legs. The benefit of reducing your waistline isn't merely aesthetic; it can lower your chances of heart disease and other serious conditions.

Unhappy Re: Reduce your waistline

benefits!, hows about reducing your risks of diabeties, heart attack, high blood pressure, heart disease and many more ailments, a unbalanced diet which is what essentialy over weight people have can bring on acne, constipation, excessive swetting, bad breath, gas, loss of hair some bad ass things girl. The rule of thumb is the larger the waist belt the shorter the life span, not only will excess weight cut you life span shorter it affects the person emotionaly, mentaly, depression, low confdence, low self asteem. if your thinking of a business in weight loss then the first thing id say, if my opinion is worth anything is that this subject as been covered so much, (too much!)how many fitness videos, books are out there created by joe bloggs to the latest celebrity diet video/book, but secondly this is a thing that it very much on people's minds so there is a very large market out there for your products, good luck
