factors influncing MNC to raise funds fom forex market could be need of foriegn currency loan like in case of expansion in foriegn markets,especially when creditworthines of such company is not proved or if such loan is availble at higher rates. In that case such company can get in to FX swap transaction with any foreign institution and raise funds atcost comparable to local borrower.

As far as my knowlwdge goes......
Various methords include: ADR GDR Or any other form of listing in the foreign stock exchanges... Debt from banks Comercial papers Bonds Financial or Operating Lease n the list continues......
