I think it depends how easily money is available to you; if you have money there's no point taking on debt with a credit card (unless it gives you rewards). by the way, merchants preffer that you use credit cards because debit cards cost them more!

Hello,

I am new here, I am using both credit as well as debit card, but I want to debt reduction in anyway..I bumped into a site www.debtxfactor.com which provides Immediate Debt Reduction, Debt Elimination NOT Consolidation! I got a good help from them and thought of sharing my experience with you guys..

A credit card does not remove money from the user's account after every transaction. In the case of credit cards, the issuer lends money to the user. A credit card allows the consumer to revolve their balance, the price for it is the interest that is charged. Online bookings cannot be done in debit cards
Online bookings CAN be done by debit card (Visa/Mastercard), I've done that for donkey years! That said, I do prefer the debit card, as it does give you control over your life AND spending. Whereas with credit cards it's about spending money you don't have ... and you go into debt... and PAY INTEREST. Not very advisable this day and age.

i would prefer a credit card since it gives 50 days free credit period. so you can pay after that time.
