Credit card calls

Have you experienced this situation where you are extremely busy in your work and some stupid salesman calls you and tells you that you will get a credit card for free lifetime ?
i have experienced this many a times in my meetings and its dam annoying

i face this almost once in 2-3 days, they keep asking me, do you like to have frree credit card, i say them no and then they ask me sir its free why dont you take the card there is no charge on it, no hidden charge nothing you have to pay for it.
what we need is few documents from your side, your other credit cards xerox and your pan card numbers etc.

later when you say no, they ask, do you have any more references.
this is just pain, and i hate them calling on my mobile phone, its disgusting, they are just appointed to do the job by companies and given a specific target and we users have to bear their stupid calls.

The government has just set up a "Do Not Call" register in Australia.

This could hopefully cut out a lot of the problems.

i think best way to overcome this issue is pick calls only of people you know , rest all skip.

TRAI which is authority for telecom in India has just come up with a rule to fine 500 INR or $12 for unwanted marketing calls, they will be warned first time and fined when they next do it GR8 NEWS

yes, i have experinced too but sometimes there is tussle between me and the credit card executive.

Yes i have experienced it many times, but i don't scold them.
