1)So, could you help me, what is the primary market of disposable razor in your country?

its just daily consumption of public.

I think hotels in Chicago do supply disposable razors on request, but since only a very small percentage of people are staying in a hotel on any given night and most bring their own razors, it is hard to imagine that hotels should be the principal target for your product.

I would say that stores like Walmart, Target, CVS and Walgreens are the major buyers of disposable razors.
