I am 20 also and I plan to be able to retire at 26, in New York. Retiring in India is much easier as the currency is not as strong and things are relatively cheap.

Here is why, get $60,000US per year from your investments and you can live a pretty good life in a foreign country (who's currency is weaker).
However
$60,000 per year in the US is nothing special, its average. sure you wouldn't have to work again, but your quality of life wouldn't as good.

One more point

No one is born anything, anyone can become anything they want.
All is needed is serious motivation.

The reason some people are more entrepreneurial then others is because of their life experiences, what they have read, what they have seen, what people say to them how people treat them etc

Believing that some people are natural entrepreneurs leads to arrogance, which leads to loss of respect, which leads to your failure.

Arrogance is a disease which plagues the business world.

What kind of capital are you looking at?
Venture Capitalist? Angel Investors?

How much is the expected expense? What is the anticipated return? Is your business plan patented? What is the time expected for break even?

I think there are a lot of questions, one needs to be clear on before investing.

Thanks,

What is a difference between Venture Capitalist & Angel Investors.

My business jargon is little weak.

Well, Anuj... I don't have any doubts. Great post. It's very much possible. Only thing is ... one has to TAKE ACTION.

After retiring, you can even write a book like Asha Tyson's "How I retired at 26, working for only 3 years!"
