Go ahead take a risk(loan) but take it in calculated manner. Make sure money you invest come back with huge returns.

instead of taking loan i think Business cash advance is better way where u will get a lot of advantage over bank loan like:
95% approval rate. Approvals in 24 hours. Cash wired directly to your bank in as little as 5 business days. No application fees or hidden costs. No fixed repayment schedule. No collateral. No personal liability. Typically, No financial or tax returns required. Doesn’t show as a debt or loan on your credit report.

I once got about 150k (€) from a bank, but they only approved it after I could show the last 3 years of my companies financial reports.
Without that I would not have a chance. Banks don't take risk, they only want security and collateral. Problem with banks is, they give you an umbrella just in case it is gonna rain, and when the chance is increasing that it is gonna rain, they will ask the umbrella back.

i think you should take loan which is more beneficial for you instead of you take partner in your business, first you study his background and there is too much interferance in your business which is not good for you.

Loan was a good option if the market condition was as it was 20 years ago. The only merit of doing business on a loan is you become independent.
If you check the investors, their offering is much more desirable and comfortable than taking a loan. If you take a loan you are always living on the edge. Do you have confidence in the business plan? How big is the amount? What is the expected time of break even? What security will you be ready to forgo for the loan? Will you still make enough money if you partner up with someone? These are the basic questions one needs to ask before deciding if he/she needs to partner or to take a loan. I am of the opinion that you should go for venture or angel investors. Thanks, |
