surely you can raise small funds from Internet , but to finance huge website you'll need some venture. Although you can built your capital through this small funds and then invest on a big website, either ways

i did similar thing, i been into Internet biz from almost 4 years now, I've never looked for partners in my business yet or anyone to invest any sort of capital to share business profits and losses with me.

Its right that you can raise funds from website, as there are lot of website available but there is another problem which is to find the right website to raise those funds as its do happen that you keep working for someone and in the last at the time of your payment you come to know that it was a scam, same happens with HYIPS websites.
